WantedDesign announces Oliver Haslegrave as the 2018 recipient of the American Design Honors
American Design Honors 2018 Recipient: Oliver Haslegrave – founder and creative director – Home Studios

Launched in 2015, American Design Honors was created by WantedDesign co-founders Odile Hainaut and Claire Pijoulat, and Jerry Helling, President of Bernhardt Design, to recognize up-and-coming American designers who embody excellence in creative design and superior entrepreneurial ability. For consideration, candidates must possess a solid body of work, express a unique design language and offer a pioneering new design businessmodel.  Through the American Design Honors program, Bernhardt Design and WantedDesign aim to promote exceptional American Design in the broader international arena while providing a means of support for young designers seeking to amplify their impact and reach.

Oliver Haslegrave is recognized for his outstanding work in interior design, with acclaimed projects in NYC including The Spaniard, Elsa, The Loyal, and Vini e Fritti. His Brooklyn-based interior design firm Home Studios creates custom interiors and furnishings for commercial and residential commissions. In 2017 he introduced Homework, the first pieces in an ongoing series of decor, furniture and lighting.
