Redwire studio

Retreats is a series of shelves that celebrate everyday objects. Each inspired by a different idealized landscape scene, these boxes give a collection of common objects a sense of place within the home. The shelves encourage creating dynamic compositions with the colorful iconic back plates serving as the foundation for each vignette.

Redwire Studio is based in Detroit, MI and develops products and furniture exploring new lifestyle needs, cultural innovations and material possibilities.

Founded by Industrial designer Michael Devereaux in 2007, the studio takes a targeted research approach, turning insights & experiments into new solutions for everyday experiences.
