Territorio Creativo México

México Territorio Creativo (Creative Territory) MTC is an initiative by Design Week Mexico with joint efforts by local designers interested in promoting and exhibiting contemporary Mexican design. Through each design we express our dedication to creative processes, materials and production methods. Together we share a passion for mixing global innovation with high quality traditional craft as key part of our philosophy. MTC brings together for WantedDesign a perfect blend of well-established and up-and-coming talent from designers, architects, artists and artisans studios by gathering their ideas on a design that is profoundly shaped by its origins and enhanced by its role in the present day.

Presenting a curatorial vision that gathers a complete selection of work that examines,promotes and updates the perspective of present day Mexican design, it’s paradigms and their commitment in celebrating local creativity.

México Territorio Creativo will present Ad Hoc, David Pompa, Déjate Querer, Juskani Alonso, Lagos del Mundo, La Metropolitana, Mob, Studio Orfeoq, Paul Roco, and Taller R.

For Wanted Design’s 5th Anniversary and thanks to Design Week Mexico’s alliance with Wanted we jointly curate the Pop-Up Store at the Terminal Store building bringing together American and Mexican design.
