#PLDSGN
The #PLDSGN exhibition is combined with a pop-up shop stocked with contemporary products designed and made locally in Poland. Visitors can survey the array of Polish design goods available and make purchases, perusing a selection of ceramics, textiles, books, home accessories and items for children. The presentation features a choice of original objects made by emerging designers from Poland working across a range of techniques, from detailed handiwork to pieces produced using 3-D printing. The pop-up shop will live in the WantedDesign store at Industry City for three weeks following WantedDesign Manhattan.
The project is organized by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and is part of its program promoting Polish design worldwide.
